Enjoy our local farmers markets, or a baseball game at Volcanoes Stadium. Tour our local restaurants and wineries or see what’s happening this summer with our local music scene. Visit our many hikes and trails or float our rivers and lakes - and on and on! When you come back to the bnb, enjoy a soak in the balcony hot tub!

This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a hot tub and beautiful patio, sits on 80 acres and is a perfect getaway from the everyday. The gourmet kitchen boasts top of the line Wolf appliances and a large island. Relax in the open living room with a view of the sprawling countryside and mountains beyond. BBQ on the patio with a gas grill, relax around the fire pit, and star gaze in the hot tub on the patio.

Muttley's Cottage

The cottage is on our 2 acre lifestyle block for you to relax and enjoy our scenery. We have chickens, ducks, cats and a dog. We want you to enjoy your stay and we welcome you to stay here at the cottage. Cottage sleeps 5 guest max. If you need something or there is a problem don't be afraid to ask or say something. We are here to help to make your visit stress free. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guests. *Cottage does not have a BBQ grill.

Condo in Natural Setting w/ Hot tub

The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers. Our 2 dogs will greet you upon arrival. Dogs ok. No cats

Country Home full of peacefulness all to yourself

Welcome to our peaceful home in the country on nearly an acre. The guest bedroom (12’ x 13’) has a view of the backyard, pasture and trees. You will enjoy a comfortable Tempur-pedic queen mattress & black out curtains for a good nights sleep. A cozy bathroom with a shower is across the hall. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash are provided. You will have exclusive use of a spacious kitchen, dining area, family room, guest bedroom, bathroom & laundry room. We are not home during your stay.

The Little 1880 Cottage

The 1880 cottage is cozy and comfortable in historic Independence. A non smoking house. The house is 500 ft from the free Trolley stop that go to the historic downtown town by the Willamette River: amphitheater, restaurants, theater, museum, art, and music. Stroll along the scenic river in Riverview Park. The cottage has a BR with a queen-sized bed, a double sized futon couch in the living room. The kitchen is large, but no dishwasher. A deck off the back porch. A fun welcoming to town.

Barn Stay USA, An Adult Getaway!

We offer a private bunkhouse room with a queen bed, two guests per room. If you are in need of additional rooms please inquire for pricing we are happy to offer the 2nd room if needed. In the rooms you will enjoy Air, TV, mini frig & coffeemakers. The bathhouse is shared just steps from rooms. Also on property is an inground pool, fire pit, outdoor kitchen and outdoor movies upon request. WIFI limited to pool area. Our 4 + acre property is our pride and joy and one that everyone enjoys.

The Craftsman cottage is on a private 15 acre wetland providing excellent views of a wide range of birds and other wildlife. French doors open to a deck and huge yard that meets the wetland and walking path around the ponds. Less than 2 miles from the house, enjoy kayaking and walking the Luckiamute Landing Trails at the confluence of the Luckiamute, Santiam and Willamette rivers. Relaxed open design, vaulted ceilings, queen beds, wifi, smart tv with Netflix, full kitchen and coffee bar.

NEW 2Bdrm Cottage/ Guest House with full kitchen

Separate guest house on 5 acres on the Willamette River, you can stroll the orchard or the river trail yet still be close to everything. This was built in 2024 with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one queen one FULL), laundry, and each room has its own climate control (A/C and heat). 75" Smart TV opposite recliner couch. Quiet porch with great green views. Many wineries nearby, and just a 12 minute drive to downtown Salem or 10 to Western Oregon University. Park onsite free with gated entry!

Located between Independence and Albany this home is located in the American Bottom farmland offering beautiful sunrises and stunning sunsets. About 4 miles from Independence, near the community of Buena Vista you will find this comfortable double wide 1990's manufactured home surrounded by farmland to begin your country adventure. King master suite, large living room, dining room and kitchen. The adjoining farm boasts 5 acres of vegetable and flower gardens and a 100 year old barn!
