This air-conditioned mini-sized wooden cabana on stilts is attached on one side to another "One World" rental unit. It has its own entrance and a pretty outside sitting area, complete with hammock. Inside the building you will find a comfortable twin bed with a bedside table as well as a toilet, wash basin and shower, separated from the sleeping area only by a curtain. This place is perfect for an uncomplicated traveler who needs a clean, basic space in a great location right in town!

We are Gold Standard certified. We are two Canadians that sold everything we owned, packed it into a Jeep, and decided to embark on the journey of a lifetime. We built two eco-conscious cabins located in the heart of beautiful Placencia, just minutes walking distance from the beach, pier, restaurants, and local amenities and events. We don't offer A/C, but we do offer a pool and each cabin is equipped with a ceiling fan and a large positionable fan for your comfort.

Standard 1 bedroom 1 Bathroom Beachside Villa

These villas are located on the ground and 2nd floor and have wonderful view of the Caribbean Sea. The villa comes complete with kitchen, central AC, TV, internet, washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. The resort has a pool, hot tub & toddler pool. These villas benefit from either a King- or Queen-sized bed and are approximately 160 ft. away from the beach. Some units may require stair access. For preferences or special requests, contact us.

Jan’s Beach Cabana is nestled among palm trees on a quiet stretch of seafront located directly on the Caribbean Sea.
