The studio is on the 2nd floor of a gorgeous, traditional Tyrolean house, adjacent to a babbling brook, a horse farm and surrounded by a beautiful garden- and with all modern day amenities. "Lilly Fein" ist liebevoll eingerichtet, verfügt über eine neuwertige und voll ausgestattete Küche und hat einen Speicherofen mit Sichtfenster für romantische Stunden.

The holiday apartment lies on the first floor and offers a total size of 78m2 incl. balcony. It comprises 2 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, a sitting/dining area and a new bathroom. There is a further small bedroom with a bunk-bed which is accessible through one of the other bedrooms and allows bookings for up to 6 persons. The spacious, covered balcony is a real treat by making it possivle to appreciate the unique view of the Wilder Kaiser and the Hohe Salve even on rainy days
