Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. A spacious home situated in a beautiful tranquil Cotswold village with great pubs, a Victorian brewery, butchers and village shop all within walking distance. The lounge has wood burner for cosy winter evenings. Well equip kitchen with dining area and steps leading to garden room. Trifold doors in garden room lead out onto a large deck with outside furniture and steps to the secluded garden surrounded by trees with sunken seating area. Further down is a fenced pond and a separate games room.

A small barn built with friends during a barn raising. Simple, stylish, with underfloor heating, compact but with a sense of space. Deck with hammock and barbcue extends into fields at the back. Private, lovely spacious comfortable beds , rustic but with a touch of luxury. Thirty minutes to Oxford, two minutes drive to village of Great Tew and Soho . One of three properties on site ( we live in one) the other is called The Artists House and if booked together can sleep 12 guests in total.

Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice with many a country pub to aim for!
