The Tiny House is a separate guest quarters attached to the main house by only a breezeway. It has its own private entrance, covered lanai, and private yard. Everything you need for an amazing stay is included--- all cooking amenities, beach towels and chairs. The main house has a solar heated pool which is available for Tiny House guests, and a large deck with magnificant ocean and sunset views. We are an active family and you will likely hear us living our happy life :) We wake fairly early and are in bed by 11 most nights.

This brand new tiny house was build around our mango tree with AC. Only 7 minutes from the airport, and a short 15 minutes to downtown Kailua. It's a great place to explore either southern or northern beaches. We enjoy wonderful ocean views, and cool mountain mornings (a nice escape for hot and sunny downtown Kona (15 to 20 minutes away). We have trees everywhere and our place borders the state forest. Our house is a perfect place to make your base-camp and then head out each day for your adventures.

This bali-style beach house, with a tree-house feel and open floor plan, is an ideal vacation property. With ocean peeks from the lanai, you can watch the sun set seasonally between the trees from the oversized deck, or from Magic Sands Beach only blocks away.
