Our lower unit is a beautiful apt with stunning view on Katchemak Bay right from windows or yard. Private gardens, lower deck. Located about a 1/2 mile from the Bishop Beach area, 2 miles to the Spit and all the ocean activities you can imagine.A full kitchen for those who want to cook their catch or restaurants nearby that are outstanding. This property is located in a triplex less than 2 miles from town and a 12 minute drive to the Spit in a quiet residential neighborhood. It's walking distance to the Jack Gist baseball fields and disc golf course. This upstairs apartment sleeps up to 6 in two bedrooms. One room holds a queen bed, while the other has two queen beds. This unit has a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a washer/dryer in the unit. This unit is dog friendly and includes an extra large kennel and leashes.
