This is a one bedroom apartment built on the side of a large rambler house on a corner lot. The apartment faces north and our house faces west. It has a private entrance, and a private driveway. Everything you could possibly need for a great stay. It was built from the ground up 11 years ago. We have a new puppy who is a very naughty little Jack Russell Terrier and has not yet learned not to bark at the doorbell or strange noises. If that will bother you a lot, this might not be a good fit.

Relax as much as you like in the High Performance Massage Chair! This small private apartment is attached to our home that we live in. I am a licensed Massage Therapist for over 25yrs. I have a treatment room in my house. You can also book a massage with me for an additional $80/hr. It is furnished for all your needs including high speed google fiber WIFI. A washer/dryer in the unit for extended stays. Whatever you have come to the area to experience is a short drive away!

Mountain/Town Guest House

Our guest house is located in the heart of Holladay with walking distances to shops and restaurants and quick drives to Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon and Millcreek Canyon for skiing and hiking. It's an 18 min drive to downtown Salt Lake City but you might not need it because Holladay is so quaint and offers so much. You can't beat this location and with the studio being so comfortable with a full kitchen and soft beds you might not want to leave.
