Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Dort findest Du alles, was Du brauchst: einen großen, meist windgeschützten Balkon, eine süße Küche und den schönsten Strand direkt hinterm Haus. Näher am Meer kann man nicht wohnen! Das Haus liegt in Wenningstedt am Weststrand, das rote Kliff zum Greifen nah. Auf der Promenade könnt ihr einen Sundowner genießen, ein Fischbrötchen kaufen oder ihr lauft zu Fuß nach Westerland.

Højer mølle, Højer sluse, kunsthåndværk. Boligen: Stueplan indeholder et lille køkken, fordelingsgang med trappe til 1 sal. badeværelse med brus, 1 soveværelse med dobbeltseng, spisestue, og tv stue. TV med mulighed for at caste. 1 sal. lille toilet, to værelser med dobbeltseng. I medbringer selv sengelinnede og håndklæder.
