It is only 10 minute to Hoi An ancient town or to the beach by taxi or electric cars.

Three bedrooms, a private pool, and a quiet garden right between Cua Dai Beach and the Thu Bon River. 📍 It is about a five-minute walk to the sand, and a short, inexpensive Grab ride (roughly 10 to 15 minutes) into Hoi An's Ancient Town. I will tell you the current fare up front, so there are no surprises.
