Luxury villa in Niseko Hanazono w/Delica in Winter

Set on 1600 m² of land, Setsuin is beautifully located in the North Hills area of Hanazono. The house opens onto a creek and a forest, private from the neighbours. The other side faces the East Ridge of Mt. Annupuri, so popular for back country riding. The Hanazono Resort is just a few minutes away by car, or 10-15 minutes on foot. During the summer you can enjoy BBQ in the garden terrace and the golf course is just minutes away. A complimentary Delica car is provided during the winter season.

Relaxing house by Lake Toya

The house is located in a quiet natural setting, about 30 seconds from the shores of Lake Toya. It has a spacious living/dining room, two bedrooms, and a Japanese-style room that can accommodate up to 7 people. It is about a 10-minute drive from Toya Onsen Hot Spring Resort and Toya Station. There are no restaurants or stores around. Reservations are generally accepted up to six months in advance, but guests wishing to stay for one week or longer will be given priority.

Zangetsu Hirafu

Completed in 2016, Zangetsu is a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house in lower Hirafu villgae. Conveniently located just a short walk from the free shuttle bus. Featuring a home entertainment system and a free Netflix account there is plenty to keep the young ones entertained. One of the highlights is a sauna to help smoothe the muscles after a long day on the ski slopes. The house also has Air Conditioning for the warm summer months!

Olaf House Niseko- 3 bedroom home

Olaf House is a stylish three-bedroom chalet in Hirafu Village, Niseko. This multi-level home features floor-to-ceiling windows, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious living areas. The master bedroom includes an ensuite, while two additional bedrooms share a bathroom. A bonus tatami room can serve as extra sleeping space. With a dry room and loft lounge, this modern retreat accommodates up to 8 guests.
