Ideal for both short- and long-term stays, with a fully stocked kitchen and four comfortable beds. Walking distance from Hillsdale College and directly across from Handmade sandwich shop. Exclusively 100% cotton sheets and non-toxic cleaning products are used! (Be sure to specify the accurate # guests when booking a stay at the Cottage!)

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Located in the basement level of the home. 1 private bedroom with an added massage chair to use at your convenience. Total of 2 separate sleeping areas when using the pull down Queen Murphy bed in living room. Your own kitchenette space, full bathroom and separate living room area with your own private entry through the backyard. You will have access to a hot tub area during your visit with a sitting area that's 420 friendly with fire pit.

This location is wonderful to take walks/ biking with a 7 mile trail around the lake.

Spacious yard with plenty of parking. Coldwater Lake is over 1,600 acres of all-sports fun on desirable South Chain of Lakes in Coldwater, MI. When we travel, we enjoy places with character, and we have maintained the character of this old fashioned family home.
