My direct waterfront, year-round A-Frame cabin is 30 min to Mount Sunapee, 20 min to Crotched, and 15 min to Pat's Peak! It’s located on a small 32-acre pond near Franklin Pierce Lake with over 100 feet of waterfront. There is a 6 foot main dock to load kayaks, and a small fishing dock off to the side. The fishing on our pond gets rave reviews! The property sits on 1/3 of an acre, on a sloped hill. It's located between Keene and Concord, and nearby many great hiking and snowmobile trails

There is a 2-burner elective stove, mini fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig coffee maker.  The bathroom and kitchenette are ADA-compliant. This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. There is also a fenced-in dog park. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.

It is at the end of a dead end road and gives you a peaceful place to relax with a firepit and horseshoe pit. This beautiful house with views of the lake will have you relaxing in minutes. Sit out on the large deck or inside enjoying the fireplace or eating dinner. If you have a small motor boat you can put it in at the local boat ramp.

The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
