The annex benefits from its own private entrance, very fast broadband, parking for up to two vehicles, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, small patio & communal gardens. LARGE STUDIO: (T0) A large self-contained quiet studio with UK size 2m double bed, en-suite bathroom and kitchenette with it's own private entrance. Attached to our house. There is off-street parking for 1 guest car. Convenient for the A4, M4, M40 M25 London is 25 miles. Heathrow Airport is 15 minutes away by car.. Direct trains into London. The Elizabeth Line train runs from Maidenhead station direct to London and the West End. Good for Windsor, Ascot, River Thames, Pinewood Studios etc.

PARKING IS STRICTLY BY ARRANGEMENT The flat is opposite a pub (closed as of Sept 2025). However we have very few reports of noise.

Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Welcome to Crail Cottage in Datchet. Surrounded by beautiful greenery, there is plenty of wildlife and the River Thames is just behind the house. Take a walk to Windsor and Eton via the home park or the riverside. You can even walk to Eton through the school grounds from here. Our little studio is freshly decorated and welcomes you to stay. There is a new addition which is a King size bed with Hypnos mattress that will guarantee you a good night sleep. Perfect to relax after a busy day.

Located in a quiet area of Berkhamsted within walking distance of the town centre, golf course and railway station (35 minutes to Euston). Beautiful bathroom/wet room with robes and toiletries supplied. Bread, cereals, preserves, milk, tea and coffee are supplied for breakfast. If you need quiet time in the evenings to study, unwind or just chill out you will find it here.

My Studio Apartment is bright and airy perfect loft style living in the Historic Market town of Berkhamsted. The Studio is equidistant between town and country, Berkhamsted Golf Club is just over 5 mins walk away, whilst the the High St with an abundance of stylish coffee shops, boutiques & restaurants a 12 min walk. The Grand Union canal is a 10 min stroll down the hill with many canal side pubs to while away a few hours. Berkhamsted Station a 12 min walk, be in London in 30 min

In an annex of a family home, this is a smart self-contained room with its own entrance and en-suite bathroom plus small kitchen. As you enter, there is an entrance lobby with room for coats, luggage and shoes, another door brings you into the bedroom with a double bed. Through the other door is a small kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, and table. The listing also comes with a private car parking space on the gravel drive.
