Shorebreak is a sea-facing, double-storey, 4 bedroom house in a small, secure complex in Southbroom, Kzn. The house is newly renovated so all finishes are fresh, clean and modern. Large, treed gardens surround the house which is a 2 minute walk from the beach, surrounded by the Southbroom golf course. Power and water backup systems are available so that service interruptions won't be an issue. The house is in a complex therefore guests should be mindful of noise levels.

It is a double storey unit with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable living area and garden space. The townhouse is within easy walking distance to the main blue-flag beach (not more than 7 minutes) and there is also a communal swimming pool on site. The main attraction in Umzumbe is the superb beach and the relaxed friendly atmosphere of the immaculate village.
