Hand built by myself & Granny Mongolia, the Yurt is a mix of traditional Mongolian design & bohemian chic. As you enter the yurt you will instantly notice a sense of calm & grounding, an ideal retreat from a hectic lifestyle. Surrounded by countryside, the yurt is home to many Mongolian artefacts gifted to me by Granny Mongolia. It features a charcoal bbq & stove. Outside there is a large dining area, outdoor kitchen & outdoor bathroom. Child friendly space. As seen on BBC2 My Unique B&B.

Relaxing self contained hideaway in Easebourne, heart of the South Downs national park. Arrive to your own private gated parking, relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the barn, your own garden, patio or the hydrotherapy spa hot tub. Chestnut barn offers a high level of stylish furnishings including a well equipped kitchen area, walk in shower room and a separate double bedroom. A perfect base to explore from, rural walks directly from the door, Cowdray farm shop, Polo and pub a mile away.

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Glamping shepherds hut South Downs

Welcome to our shepherds hut, for a touch of glamping in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Perfectly situated for walkers and cyclists as we are right on the South Downs Way and a short drive for Goodwood events. A cosy retreat with scenic views across the Downs, beautiful sunsets, starry skies and passing wildlife. There is a toilet and shower facility. A kettle, mini fridge and teas, coffees, milk, cereals are included in the hut. An electric heater keeps it nice an cosy.

Fyning Granary and Shepherd's-Hut

Quirky farm building linked, via wooden decking, to a shepherds-hut. Set within the garden of a C16th Manor Farmhouse, tennis court and country walks directly from the door, safe parking year round. The buildings are let together as one, they are calm and comfortable with raised sleeping areas so most suited to agile guests/families with older children. Rustic and rural space bordering working farmland with plenty of resident wildlife located within the South Downs National Park.

TheLodge-Stylish detached studio Midhurst with a/c

The Lodge is a stunning hidden gem, a unique property tucked behind the shops on Midhurst's main street, which itself lies at the heart of the South Downs National Park. The area offers something for everyone, whether exploring the walking/cycling trails of the area, going to a horse or motor racing event at Goodwood nearby, visiting Petworth's antique shops, the sandy beach at West Wittering, or exploring Midhurst's history and its fantastic local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Countryside Cottage at the foot of the South Downs

This detached, cosy “cottage” within a working farmyard location, is nestled in the South Downs National Park. It is the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the countryside, as it is recognised for its outstanding natural beauty. We want you to feel at home, and have equipped the cottage accordingly. We are located a stone’s throw from Goodwood and Cowdray, and forty minutes from the coast. The area is renowned for its excellent public footpaths, cycle trails and pubs.

Relax and admire the views, BBQ on the fire pit, spot deer and hare or stroll down the river Itchen to The Bush gastro pub. You’ll return home totally refreshed!

This rustic cottage sits at the foot of the South Downs, hike up 20 minutes and you are on top of the World! The cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex rural village. Easy access to Midhurst and within walking distance to The Blue Bell Inn. An array of alternative pubs can be found within an easy drive, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by the wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

Midhurst lies in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is surrounded by beautiful countryside and a wealth of walking opportunities. Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.

The Treehouse at Barrow Hill Barns

Sitting within a historic woodland, this secluded retreat has all the creature comforts of home whilst being immersed in nature on Barrow Hill Farm. The Treehouse’s bespoke design allows you to open one side of the lodge to welcome in the sights, sounds and smells of the bluebell wood that surrounds it. The roll top bath is perfect for romantic bathing, with the doors open or shut.
