Bu daire giriş katıdır. Komple ev dedemin kardeşleriyle beraber yazları sayfiyeye geldiği yerdi. Annem çocukluğunda kardeşleri ve kuzenleri... Benim çocukluğumda da pek çok aileyi kucakladı bu duvarlar ve çok keyifli anlılara şahitlik ettiler. Evi 2021 yılında tadilat ettik ve eski eşyaları restore ettik. Annemin kendi eliyle işlediği etaminleri perde yaptık. Yeniden boyanan duvarlar, umarım ki sizlerin de keyifli vakit geçirmenize şahit olur ve yeni güzel anılarınızla tekrardan hayat bulur.

Heybeliadali marangoz Andon usta 1928 yilinda Burak Reis Sokak'ta bir ev yaptirmaya karar verir. 1930 yilinda biten evin alt kati tas, ust kati kagir yigma, tavan ve tabani ahsaptir. Andon usta uzun yillar yasamini bu evde surdurur. Vefatindan sonra uzun yillar bu evde oturan olmaz. Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Evin arkasi orman, onu alabildigine mavilikler ve sabahlari sadece kus sesleri...
