Our property is conveniently located near stunning springs: Rainbow River-12 miles,offering clear waters and abundant wildlife Crystal River-18 miles,known for its manatee encounters and underwater caves Homosassa Spring- 21 miles,escape with serene surroundings and manatee sightings Chassahowitzka- 29 miles, featuring pristine waters and lush surroundings Devils Den-35 mi., underground spring perfect for snorkeling and diving Weeki Wachee-44 mi. Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

The Lakeside River House

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Come and enjoy the Nature Coast right from the backyard.

Get away from it all! Our tiny cottage (The Lilly) is available only. These 2 cottages are located on 1 acre. Each cottage features a fenced back yard. Nestled between the cottages is the court yard. Hot tub pending repair. Layout: Studio style, 2 Lofts- storage & lounge. Well water, star link internet, Roku . Bring your boat(s)/ sxs/ atvs. We are located 15 mins to Lake Rousseau, Gulf, Three Sisters Springs, & Rainbow River. In the country. One cottage is long term rental and not available.

The bright living space includes a 50" smart TV, breakfast bar with stools and a dining table. The kitchen is EXTRA stocked! The KING SUITE has a bathroom plus there is a Coral Queen Room and a Groovy Bedroom, with a Queen bed plus twin plus extra mattress, which share a hall bathroom. OSR is just over a mile from downtown, boat ramps & all that King's Bay has to offer.

Sweetwater Cottage private dock, canoe & kayaks

Please note the 15.5% Host Service Fee is an Airbnb fee, they chose the name, host do not collect this fee. FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking. This home is fully fenced and features a private dock. We are pet friendly for well behaved four legged friends that enjoy traveling. We have a 14 ft canoe and 2 kayaks for you to enjoy. We do have a small gas motor you can rent for the canoe allowing you to truly explore the lakes.

“Divers Inn” on The Rainbow River

Located in Rio Vista which has it’s own private gated 3 acre park on the Rainbow River! The park has bathrooms, pavilions, grills and a boat ramp - so BRING YOUR BOAT! Relax riverside at the private park where you can fish and swim. Park is five minute walk (2 blocks) from the home. Free for guest use are kayaks and paddle boards. They can be transported with the golf cart which has a hitch and kayak trailer. If your vehicle has a hitch you may to use it for other area destinations.

Bear Necessities Tiny Home

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. This is a perfect romantic retreat but would also be a great place to unwind on a solo journey. Sit on the shaded-open patio and enjoy the fountain and nature. Biking and hiking trails, boating, fishing, relaxing, and/or exploring are all available here. Among others, visit Rainbow River, The World Equestrian Center, Hernando Lake, and Crystal River. Dine on the water at Stumpknockers, Blue Gator, or Stumpys restaurants.

Our tranquil getaway! Whether on vacation or traveling for work, this is the place to stay! With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. We have hi speed wi-fi and a large screen TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more.

Cypress Cottage

Handicap accessible. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. On a dead end street on a channel that goes out to some lakes in the area. Have a canoe,peddle boat and three bikes included to use during your stay. Little over an hour from Orlando Airport and about the same from Tampa Airport. 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs that has many attractions. If you see any alligators please do not feed them. They become a nuisance and it’s also against the law.

Cheerful 3 bedroom home close to everything

Cute, comfortable, and convenient home perfect for the whole family to relax in or kick off your adventures. Central to everything the area has to offer whether it is hiking, kayaking, tubing, golf, scalloping, fishing, scuba diving, biking, or even mermaids. The house is secluded and quiet. The neighborhood is not built out in this area. You will have to drive to any activity or to get supplies. The street in front of the house is a little rough but not bad
