This cottage offers endless relaxation. 10 minutes to the beach. Upon request we offer, for an additional fee. Gourmet food service,massages, cupping, acupuncture, body scrubs, lymphatic massage infrared sauna, paddle boarding and surf lessons , cooking demonstrations, yoga classes Soundbaths in the yurt.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

2 Bungalows + 2 Baths just ½ mile from the beach, HB Pier & Main St! The Main Bungalow has a full kitchen, built-in dining nook, queen sofa bed & twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow offers a queen bed, kitchenette, table for two, sofa & TV. A spacious private patio connects both with dining, BBQ, sail shades & a cozy fire pit lounge. Includes one off-street parking space—perfect for families or friends to share while enjoying Huntington Beach.

Dine under the trees on the custom-built deck, unwind in the hammock, play in the yard, and cook in a chef's kitchen in this charming 2 bedroom, 3 bed, 2 bathroom cottage on a quiet cul-de-sac in the Franklin Hills. Franklin Hills is a family-oriented neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, but close to the hiking, shops, and food in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and downtown LA. Peace and serenity in the city.

The Venice Love Lodge

This newly remodeled little love nest, in the heart of Venice, is a cozy cottage (400 square feet). It’s just a 15 minute walk to the famous Venice Boardwalk and beach, and 10 minutes to the trendy and eclectic Abbott Kinney Blvd, great shopping and dinning!
