The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Marilyn is a beautiful, romantic, vintage silver Airstream, set within her own private enclosed meadow. She has her own large sundeck, sunken outdoor bath and cinema, sun recliners, fire pit & far reaching rural views. You can just relax in the rural retreat or explore the local area, where you will find, wild swimming, hiking in the Black Mountains, Forest of Dean or the scenic Wye Valley. There are many outdoor activities. eateries & independent shops. Just perfect for relaxing or exploring.

Serafina cottage is part of a 200yr old grade two listed barn conversion in a small rural hamlet in Herefordshire. It comes with its own car port parking, garden, private decking area and hot tub. It’s perfect for couples to relax or a small family to get out and about. There is plenty of local woodland walks on the doorstep and yet only 2 miles from the local market town of Leominster with its shops and pubs. What more could you ask for? It has its own private garden and the benefit of using our communal grounds with a natural Swimming Pool, sauna and greenhouse/comservatory. The farm is set in 30 acres of organic fields with hedgerows teaming with wildflowers and wildlife. It is a short steep walk through the fields to reach the top of the Skirrid mountain via our private route.

We supply outside furniture and sole use of our external hot tub, please note it’s available for use all year around, a disclaimer to be signed prior to use.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

The indoor heated swimming pool is a hugely popular attraction which guests can use exclusively during their visit.
