Final Seasons.After 10 years,my wife and I will host the Tartan Rabbits final Winter,Spring and partial Summer seasons.We can't thank everyone enough for staying with us over the years.We have made many friends & loved having folks create memories at our home. 2026 Summer season is 1, 2 or 3 weeks stays that are from Friday to Friday. 14 Acres, a 1/2 acre swimming and fishing pond, a small river, a waterfront fire pit, hammocks and close to skiing at Mount Sunapee, Ragged Mountain and Pats Peak.

Less than an hour from Manchester, Concord & Keene, this new home offers relaxation & year-round adventure. This lakefront property has a dock, with kayaks & paddleboards. You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

On top of the trees, overlooking the Sugar River in the quaint town of Newport, NH you will find plenty of year round activities including swimming, floating, fishing on the beautiful, clear Sugar River, right outside the back door. Come and enjoy a relaxing stay at our peaceful cottage on Daniels Lake. The small, recently-renovated home is in a rural setting but close to restaurants, shopping, parks, ski slopes, golf courses, lakes and quaint New England villages. The large deck has a gorgeous view of the lake. Four kayaks, two canoes, standup paddle board and pedal boat are available to use on the lake which is known for its good fishing. Two bedrooms, dining room and living room overlook the lake and woods.
