Annex with countryside views

Escape to the countryside in our cosy two bedroomed fully contained annex. Wonderful views and countryside walks in our 23 acre plot with 8 acres of ancient woodland to explore. To the rear of the property, windows overlook the paddock where our resident donkeys live. The annex is fully insulated and heated throughout by individually controlled heating so you will be warm and comfortable all year round. Young children must be kept under close supervision as the property is not child safe.

Entire house located in the quaint town of Henley in Arden. This quirky cottage features it’s private entrance on the towns historic High Street. This studio annexe is on the edge of Claverdon within easy reach of Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon and Henley In Arden. Set in the grounds of a Grade II listed farm house, it has a double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. The annexe has glorious views of the Warwickshire countryside and spectacular sunsets. Plenty of good walking / cycling and a short walk through the fields to a peaceful pond. The space can accommodate a blow up bed and there is a travel cot available on request.
