The Waffle House: Historic Full Downtown Apartment

The apartment is called Waffle House because it was the home of Waffle House founder Joe Rogers. The space is a full apartment with kitchen, laundry, living room, bathroom and bedroom with a separate entrance. Located on W Deaderick it’s just a short walk to Restaurants , Farmer's Market, and Hub City Brewing. I am the brewmaster at Hub City Brewing & Rock’n Dough Pizza + Brewery, and my wife works for Hitachi Energy. We live in the downstairs unit so are nearby if there is anything you need.

The property is on the Tennessee-Mississippi state line in the small town of Guys, TN. There are no stop lights, no hustle and bustle you are in the heart of the country. Guests are just minutes away from several attractions including Crazy K wedding venue, Springhill Farm wedding venue, Corinth, MS, Shiloh National Battlefield, Magnolia Hospital, Big Hill Pond State Park, and Pickwick Lake. All 10-25 min away. Magnolia hospital is 9 miles away. Extra charge for garage for boats and trailer.

It is just a short drive away from Natchez Trace State Park with hiking trails, lakes and much more. We are only 30 mins aways from the magnificent Tennessee river. It is conveniently located halfway between Nashville and Memphis (both are about 1 hr. 45 mins away.) It is a nice place to stay for a family while making memories or just for a get away.
