Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. A super-king size bed, sea-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen and log burning stove will ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car.

‘Little Bream' is a beautiful fully furnished, cosy barn cottage between Falmouth & the Helford River, within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, a pub & a shop. Easy walk to Maenporth beach, & the Helford River, and also Bream Cove, a fabulous place to swim. 10 mins drive into Falmouth. Little Bream has a fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable superking size bed, amazing shower. Distant sea view from the bedroom, a garden/BBQ area and is set in 2 acres of garden. Sleeps up to 4 guests

Beech Tree House, in St Martin village is within walking to the pub. Many beaches, coves & walks nearby. We designed/built our home and are ready to share it. 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms it's the perfect combo. The sitting room, dining & kitchen space is open plan, with entertainment room, utility and WC just off. The master bed is light and spacious & boasts country & distant sea views plus ensuite wet room. Bedrooms 3 & 4 share the family bathroom and bedroom 2 also has an ensuite shower room.

It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

Shearwater - creek side in Port Navas, Helford

Shearwater is a typically cute Cornish cottage with one of the best views around. If you like boats and water you'll love Shearwater, actually, you'll love Shearwater anyway. Situated a stone's throw from Port Navas creek it has its own mooring making it the perfect base for exploring the river. Either bring your kayaks with you, or, there are plenty of places to hire them locally. If you're not feeling adventurous just sit back, relax and watch the kingfisher on the river.

Little Trenant Barn, Helford River (creek access)

Wander down to the creek and take Sandy the boat or the kayaks/paddleboard out at high tide. You can explore the waterways or just take the provided chairs and unwind in this stunning area of outstanding natural beauty. Come evening; relax in the beautiful barn, listen to the owls and star gaze through the roof windows from your bed.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
