'Partridge' @ Pear Tree Barns Luxury Apartments

We welcome you to stay in 'Partridge', one of our deluxe, well appointed, self contained apartments built within a beautiful historic agricultural barn believed to date back to the 16th Century. Newly converted in 2023 & purpose designed with a beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated in the rural village of Rangeworthy, we are also lucky to be next door to a lovely traditional pub. Located in the pretty village of Badminton, famous for it's horse trials which take in the grounds of Badminton House early May. It is an ideal base to explore the Cotswolds, Bath and Bristol and with easy access to the M4/M5 day trips to anywhere in the South West is possible.

Privately accessed through its own outside door, it has a kitchen, bathroom and lounge area, with all the expected amenities. Located in a tranquil spot only a matter of minutes from the market town of Chipping Sodbury with its cafes, shops and pubs, it provides a great base for walking and exploring with easy access to Bath and Bristol by car, bike, bus or train.
