This cute little self contained studio cottage is situated in our back garden surrounded by a lovely garden and fruit trees. It has been beautifully decorated and is very well equipped. At the back of the cottage in a private fenced off area surrounded by grape vines is a spa pool for you to enjoy a romantic evening under the stars or just soothing those tired muscles. Complimentary pastries or muffins, fruit bowl, chocolates, tea, moccona coffee or plunger coffee, milo, milk & bottled water.

The beautiful tī kōuka (cabbage tree) guides you into this peaceful one-bedroom sleepout which is perfect for work trips, events, or exploring the Hawke's Bay region. Centrally located and easily accessible, it features its own entrance off a shared driveway, offering both convenience and privacy. Unwind in quiet surroundings and enjoy a relaxing stay in our peaceful, well-located space.

Bird Eye View overlooks Hawke’s Bay as far as the eye can see to the Kaweka and Ruahine ranges. This is paradise for you. 4km south of Havelock North and 30 minutes from the Napier airport. Set on a farm you experience peace and quiet close to town. Lie in a stunning outdoor bath under the stars, listen to Moreporks, overlooking the stunning lights and views of rural Hawke's Bay. To the rear of our family home is Jervois Cottage, a fully self-contained one bedroom unit, fully insulated, double glazed and heatpump. Toiletries, tea, coffee and towels are provided. Jervoistown is a quiet semi-rural neighborhood. 10 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings. 5 minutes drive to the Church Road and Mission Estate wineries. 15 minute walk to Greenmeadows supermarket and cafe. Smoking permitted outside only.
