Cozy One Bedroom Apartment in the Country

What was originally a hay loft has been converted into a country chic barn apartment. We would love to host you and your friends and family (including actual kids and fur kids) on our property. Children love collecting eggs from the chicken coop and everyone loves a short hike to the creek. We are only an hour from Mammoth Cave National Park and an hour from Holiday World in Santa Claus Indiana. The local community has charming little shops, several restaurants, and The Beaver Dam amphitheater.

Lovely Country Loft Lake, Hiking, Woods, Relaxing

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This loft was made from wood sawn and milled on this farm. Enjoy Indiana hardwoods as they surround you in this space. Centrally located, you are not far from Holiday World, Jasper, Lincoln City, Patoka Lake and Historic Huntingburg. The Master Bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The living area has two twin beds, TV, WiFi and Kitchen. This space is perfect for singles, couples, or small families. Most love the spiral staircase and large deck.

RiverTown Retreat – Cozy 2BR Near River & Downtown

This is our personal home we use when lucky enough to be in the area. Our daughter married a sweet young man from here & we fell in love with this beautiful, friendly community and its adorable waterfront and downtown areas. We designed everything about this cottage to be exactly what we want & need, & we hope you appreciate all our thoughtful touches. Relax at this peaceful place to stay & enjoy Newburgh! Our location is also a great base for exploring Evansville, Owensboro, & Henderson.

Derby Escape

Welcome to the rolling hills of Southern Indiana. Your escape from the day to day grind awaits. Our cabin was built in the 1800's and reassembled (with modern conveniences) in 1996. Ideal for the hunter, hiker, boater or fisherman. Thousands of acres of Hoosier National Forest, the Ohio River and it's tributaries all provide a one of a kind outdoor recreation experience. Or you can just sit next to the fire, enjoy the night sky and relax! Either way... Welcome to Derby.

The Cozy Cottage

Join us for a relaxing stay at the Cozy Cottage! Inside you will find everything you need to make for a cozy stay whether you’re with us for short weekend or a month. Outside you will find plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the view of the Ohio River just 2 blocks away. The Cozy Cottage is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from downtown Owensboro and popular attractions such as the Convention Center, Bluegrass Museum, Botanical Gardens, and Jack C. Fisher Park.

Kentucky Komfort

Small house with a beautiful wrap around deck overseeing a big pond. Small, simple, and set up for a relaxing get away with the family! The entire house is accessible for a wheelchair including the wrap around deck. Fishing and boating is also with in 10 minutes away at the Rough River Dam State Park. Wifi is fast if you have work to get done, also a small work desk is in the main bedroom. A TV and two big recliners is set up in the living room for lounging.

Hattie's Hill Cottage

Cottage sits behind our home (see photo). NOTE- Main house may have large groups. Pool and outside areas share spaces. Near Owensboro, Rockport, Hawesville & Lewisport. There is ONE bedroom which can be made into EITHER two California twins OR one California king -Wifi. We have a Smart TV you may use your Netflix and so on with. Kitchen is well stocked with necessities. Eating/work space is provided. Comfortable recliner chairs. Access to the grounds.

The Treehouse

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located 2 bedroom, 1 bath second floor apartment. Fully furnished, cozy, and located right in the center of Leitchfield. Also centrally located between Rough River (10 minutes) and Nolin lake (22 minutes) with room for boat trailer parking. With restaurants and grocery stores less than 5 minutes away, this apartment is also perfect for extended stays. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen beds.

Nature Lovers Retreat

This charming cottage is the perfect getaway for nature lovers. Relax in this home’s cheerful and cozy atmosphere, located on the edge of Ben Hawes Park with over 4 miles of beautiful walking trails and 7.5 miles of bike trails in this gorgeous 297 acre forest. Enjoy all the comforts of home, including free WiFi, TV, washer and dryer, full kitchen, and free parking. This special retreat is also only 1 mile from Ben Hawes Golf Course.

Granny Smith's

Granny Smith's is an endearing home in the heart of Owensboro, located in a historic neighborhood. The house features one sizable bedroom, tidy living room, full kitchen, cozy dining area, and a tub/shower bathroom. There is also relaxed outdoor living areas either on the front porch or back screened in patio. Property also has a small detached carport with a driveway. There is also parking on the street.

Waterfront Cabin with Hot Tub

Relax with the whole family in this adorable riverfront cabin. Gather around a campfire, cookout, fish, kayak, or go for a dip in the hot tub all from the backyard. And if that's not enough, take a stroll around the resort and immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery, historic falls and Green Farm, golf course clubhouse, and more! Oh and don't forget Rough River Lake and the State Park are just minutes away!

When you stay at this centrally located accommodation, your family will be close to everything. The backyard is fenced in and has a fire pit. The sofa has one pullout bed. The master suite has one queen bed. The second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, plates, utensils, and washer and dryer. No more than two pets. Pets must be under 30 pounds each.
