This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. This house is perfect for healthcare and hospital staff looking for somewhere to stay while working at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. It is also perfect for families looking for a home away from home, it is located just out of town so it is quiet but close enough to the attractions and the motorway. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
