The cottage suits a couple and in the lounge is a sofa bed for a third guest. If there is only two of you and you require the sofa bedding please let us know at booking. Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Our sunny cabin has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, covered deck & parking, set adjacent to our house. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast for your first morning are provided in the cabin. Please note due to limited space two people max (no additional infants).

Welcome to Black Gates Bed & Breakfast. Our B&B features two guest rooms in one wing of the main house, complete with a separate entrance and private bathroom. A securely locked door separates your living space from ours, ensuring your privacy. These two bedrooms are conveniently positioned side by side. The primary bedroom boasts a comfortable Queen-sized bed, while the adjacent room offers a single bed & pull out bed. You'll also have your own bathroom during your stay.

Grey Lynn/Ponsonby: Stunning more than just a room

You'll love our location, it is quite unique. In a prior life it was a mechanics workshop which we have repurposed into a delightful home. BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.
