The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

Takutai Beachfront Whangamata

Relax on the white sandy famous beachfront of Whangamata. The perfect location, only a short 1-2 min walk from the main town centre. The apartment is private, with beautiful views of the ocean, overlooking one of NZ's best surf breaks "The Bar" The apartment is perfect for a small family or 2 couples. With 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms. A large grass lawn and sand dunes offer the perfect place to enjoy playing games with family and friends. Amenities include free Wifi, 2 TVs, AC/Heat.

Set amongst pohutukawa trees, this original 50's holiday house is located right on Whangamata beach. Enjoy unobstructed views of the ocean from the deck and huge front lawn. The famous Whenuakura (Donut Is.) is opposite as well as Hauturu Motu (Clark Is.), accessible on foot at low tide - a Kiwi rite of passage. Minutes to the local shops, bars and cafes and a short walk to the nearest convenience store. A great children's playground can be found at Island View Reserve at the end of the road.

Welcome to Nautilus House, our beautiful family beach house across the road from the beach. Watch the sunrise & sunset while you enjoy dinner & drinks on the deck in our quiet cul de sac. Walk down to the ocean for a swim in the lagoon or sea. Walk over the hill to secluded beaches and rock pools at Waimama Bay. In winter snuggle up next to the warm gas fire & play board games or cards. Nautilus house was built for our beloved parents in 1979 for their family to enjoy.

Seaview Cottage

Located north of Thames along the picturesque Pacific Coast Highway, Te Puru holds one of the great holiday get-away’s, Seaview Cottage. Te Puru is a quiet, peaceful place with great views of the Sunset. Our beautiful 1 bedroom cottage has fabulous modern facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, living-room and bbq area and its only a few steps to the beach. In addition the cottage is within walking distance to the local dairy, parks, boat-ramp and open tennis courts.

Magical Whiritoa is a beautiful white sandy beach 1.5 km long. A 2 bedroom unit which is below our main house, is situated at the end of a quiet culdesac right across from the beach, within 10 seconds from leaving your door you will be dipping your toes in the sand. Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.
