Parkhill Lodge - Villa + Heated Pool

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms make the villa a great option for couples, groups or families. The layout provides good degrees of seperation. The kitchen and living room is open plan with access to a raised patio and a sheltered outdoor BBQ area. The pool is heated to a minimum of 28 degrees from October to April. We are centrally located 12 minutes from Napier, Hastings, Havelock North and Cape Kidnappers. Enjoy the Bike Trails, Wineries, Farmyard Zoo, TA Wine Festival, Art Deco & F.A.W.C.

This serene and comfortable cottage is in a private location on a rural lifestyle property, just 15 minutes from both Havelock North and Hastings, within easy cycling distance to the Bridge Pa wineries, including Trinity Hill, Ash Ridge, Oak Estate & more. Free use of bikes A delightful garden with rural views and friendly sheep, goats & ponies. Your host, Sue, will provide continental breakfast for two, delivered to your room for you to enjoy in private. Private entrance and safe parking.

Reef Break Studio

A detached sleep-out across the road from the beach at Te Awanga, fully equipped for a comfortable stay. A spacious studio with a queen-sized bed, sofa bed (for two children or one adult), dining table, flatscreen TV, wifi, and continental breakfast. A cot is available. The kitchen contains a microwave, bench-top oven, cooking elements and a fridge. The bathroom has a decent-sized shower with good water pressure and gas-heated hot water. Only 15-20 minutes drive to Napier or Hastings.

Eco Studio Retreat Maraetotara Valley

Our place is a unique architectural designed passive solar straw bale home, with recycled native wood and natural clay finish. Enjoy the warmth, peaceful feel and views of the beautiful Maraetotara valley and relax in the natural spring water hot tub. The 30 sqm studio is located within the main house, has a separate entrance, private deck and parking with EV charger. Kitchen with toaster, microwave, fridge, induction cooktop and electric BBQ on deck. Breakfast pack for the first day.

Self-contained, ( it has microwave, kettle , toaster only, NO STOVE/OVEN and no cooking allowed PLEASE) One-bedroom cottage at the bottom of a park-like garden.Smoke free area. Quiet and spacious. Separate from the main house. Super friendly Shih Tzu dog. 10 minute walk to city centre, supermarkets or parks. Hop in your car and you have Sunday markets, cycle tracks, Te Mata Peak, beaches, wineries, Art Deco, and more. We will endeavour to make your stay an enjoyable one".

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

The Pavilion

So close to the village, yet set in the countryside there are lambs in Spring and apple trees next door. Eggs are laid by our own chooks, bread, muesli and preserves are homemade. We'll suggest places to visit and restaurants if you want to dine out. Cool off in the pool in summer or take an expertly led yoga class! Take a trip to Hastings or Napier or walk the miles of tracks in Te Mata Park. Ocean Beach is just 15 minutes away and the Sunday Farmers Market just 10!

River Cottage - set in Native Garden

Escape to our beautifully presented cottage, tucked away in a peaceful native garden that you'll share with the main house. You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Wai iti Cottage in the Te Mata Wine Area

Our Cottage has been renovated to accommodate travellers. It is warm and cosy in the winter and with a large living space in which to relax. The cottage is in the centre of the Te Mata wine region, close to wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range and the Te Mata Estate. It is a 5 minute drive to the centre of Havelock North, a thriving cafe and easy shopping centre. Wai iti Cottage is a good walk/bike ride from the concert venue and market at Black Barn Winery.

‘Beach Daze’ Te Awanga (dog friendly)

Walk across the road and enjoy a dip in a safe swimming beach, relax with a spot of fishing or make the most of Te Awangas famous surf break when its pumping. We are within a 3km radius of Clearview Estate, Te Awanga Estate and Elephant Hill Wineries. Checkout the gannets at Cape Kidnappers either by beach tractor tours, or overland by bus or walk the 8 kilometres at low tide. Make the most of HB cycle trails - we have 2 complimentary bikes available for guests.

Pointbreak Studio

Beachfront studio( standalone) situated in front of surf break in Te Awanga. Open plan studio with decks both sides, bbq, newly renovated upstairs with a full kitchen all linen supplied . Separate bathroom below accessed from outside.( for your own private use) A quick walk to wineries, cafe and coffee shop ,a bike hire near by, safe swimming ,fishing and & surfing. We are situated on the cycle track. Private and relaxing in front of the ocean.

Hygge Cottage

Hygge Cottage is a stylish, fully self-contained holiday home nested in the coastal village of Clive, Hawke's Bay. The house is family-friendly offering toys, games and Netflix to keep the children entertained. Both of the queen beds are Luxury Orthopaedic Beds so you are guaranteed to 'sleep in heavenly bliss'. You will find loads of little touches to make your stay extra special.
