Welcome to the Indie Farmer Shepherd's Hut. Located on a family farm in its own private 8-acre field surrounded by woodland in rural Sussex. The hut is the perfect retreat from the modern world and ideal for those looking to slow down. Highlights include the wood burner for keeping warm during the winter and the outdoor fire pit and tripod grill for cooking. There are lots of lovely walks on the farm and locally, along with a great pub. It is also 15 mins by car to the beach at Cooden, Bexhill.

Luxurious 1930s Showman's Wagon

Our 1930s Showmans wagon has been lovingly restored to provide a unique luxurious home. It has a bedroom, sitting room, and kitchen area, with an ecoloo. Situated in a gorgeous country garden in an AONB there are fantastic walks as well as two good pubs in close proximity. It is near to Tunbridge Wells, Lewes, Eastbourne, Hastings, the South Downs and Sussex Coast and 25 minutes from Glyndebourne. N.B. tThe terrain is uneven & steps are steep without a handrail, the deck also has no railings.

CLOSED UNTIL 2026 Gloria is a 7.5 tonne horsebox repurposed into a cosy comfy accommodation. Self sufficient in power via solar, converted using almost nothing but recycled materials 'wombled' from skips, recycling plants, and from what existed inside already, re-used in another capacity. Nestled in a beautiful spot in the East Sussex countryside with many tourist attractions within easy reach including the coast, plus the bonus of access to a private heated indoor pool for bad weather

Spacious Caravan in Combe Haven Holiday Park. Our holiday home sleeps up to 6 people. The caravan consists of 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bed rooms with single beds. There are two toilets, one larger with a shower and heated towel rail, a dining area, TV, an open plan kitchen area with dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas cooker with oven and grill, microwave, kettle, toaster. The caravan is double glazed and heated with fan heaters in each room.

The Campervan also has an awning and the front chair can swivel around. Pop up roof for extra head room. Solar panel and inverter so can produce 240v can also hook up. All has been recently refurbished.
