Perfect for a romantic getaway, there are meadows and ponds to explore, with trails through mature hardwood and cedar forests. For the rock hound there is an old mineral rich pink calcite gravel pit to explore. Enjoy the amazing views from the Balcony, gaze at the night sky, commune with the horses and marvel in the sights and sounds of nature while you refresh your soul.

Enjoy a quite stay on a wooded lot in the heart of cottage country! The cabins are conveniently located within walking distance to the lovely town of Dorset, Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays. The scenic lookout tower, hiking, snowmobiling and ATV trails are all at our doorstep. In town you can find restaurants on the water, Robinson's General Store, a bakery and an LCBO. Come swim in the pristine waters, fawn over the fall colours or go for a rip on your snowmobile. It's all here to explore!

Off-grid camping near Algonquin Park! Cabins have a handy screen tent and there's a new camper shower house! Our vehicle accessible cabins are close to 3 quiet beaches, crown land lakes, and snowmobile trails. Pets welcome. Enjoy 8 km of on-site hiking trails in summer, and snowshoe/ski trails in winter. Guided snowmobile tours on site or bring a sled. This cabin has a furnace to keep it cozy on cool nights. Firewood available here with nearby stores for shopping. Stay 3 days and get 10% off!

Our little cottage sits nestled in pines overlooking beautiful Kamaniskeg Lake. We are near Algonquin Park. The recent renovations include a tastefully decorated space with the feel of a cozy Canadian cabin.. The beds are excellent. You can enjoy the view and ambience sitting in the screened in porch overlooking a spectacular view or sit lakeside on the patio. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and bed and bath linens . Satellite tv as well.

Retreat style cottage + wood fired sauna

A private lakeside retreat with all-day sun and sunsets, featuring the main cabin, wood sauna, kayaks and rowboat, private shoreline and docks. Unlimited WIFI, a fully equipped kitchen, two fire pits, docks, excellent swimming (clean and weed free) on a private forested property. It is 15 minutes to Haliburton with many stores.
