Studio 21 Waterfront

Studio 21 is a super spacious waterfront apartment situated on the pristine coastal quays of Yamba, just 7 minutes drive from the beach. Enjoy access to the waters edge from the King bedroom overlooking the Canal....beach towels are provided if you fancy a dip! The terraced deck area is perfect for casting a line or launching the provided kayak for a paddle. Split cycle air conditioning will keep you comfortable. Your private bathroom 10 meters from the dome. Cosy fireplace, lovely views from the bay window and a skylight in the ceiling.

Comfort in the Cane Fields

The 1950s cane cutters Barracks looks the same outside but inside it has become a comfortable modern guest wing to the 1920s farmhouse. On the top floor, there are two ensuite rooms with queen beds, and a third room with two single beds which has a bathroom downstairs. There is a living room and limited kitchenette (no oven or cooktop). Luxury on your own, or up to six together. There are breezy decks all around, with great views over the cane fields, set in the midst of a working farm.

There's a grocery store in town & a great op shop. The ferry can take you across the river to Yamba. Poochs welcome for an extra fee.

It's a sunny morning , there's not a breath of wind , or ripple on the tidal lake 35 steps from my bedroom ( your bedroom ? ). the ocean is just across the National Park and here in the palms , the privacy and peace is magical . you're protected from hot summer winds and sunset evenings dining out , sharing the ambience, go..on and on .....

Blue Back

Lovingly restored and completely private with its own walled courtyard, the granny flat is a lovely fresh and light filled space located just 200m from the magnificent Clarence river and a short walk/ride into the centre of town. The street is very quiet with plenty of parking and the flat is nestled in a large backyard surrounded by snippets of rural lifestyle including lush gardens, friendly chickens and hardworking bees.

A Little Piece of Paradise

Accommodation consists of an en-suite and generous bedroom with queen bed, ample packing space and private lounge with TV and kitchenette, a sparkling pool and undercover BBQ area, with plenty of safe off-street parking available. Unfortunately our flat is not set up for children nor is our property available for pets. This is all in a very tranquil setting (only 6 km from the highway), with lots of bird and animal life.

Tools Down Iluka!

Put your tools down and your feet up! Tools Down Iluka is a one bedroom studio for you to relax and come and enjoy the beauty and peace of Iluka. Located in a quiet court, walking distance to supermarket, shops and Club Iluka (bowling club). Its just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay and playground. Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!

Our one bedroom self contained guest house with stunning river views. This stylish accommodation is in the picturesque river town of Maclean.; a couple of minutes off the motorway and the centre of town. With all the conveniences you could possibly need, private access, quality furniture, fittings and bedding. House trained pets ONLY by prior agreement. Pet related house rules must be agreed to.
