Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Country view annex

Forget your worries in this calm space. Our annex is detached from the main house and you have the run of the whole place. Set on 1/2 acre of land in the sweet countryside of Tendring Village with lovely farmland views. There is parking on a large drive. Please enjoy our spacious green garden where our chickens roam free. There's lots of walk’s nearby, including beaches just 15-20 mins drive. There is 1 large bedroom with double bed, with 3 small folding beds available on request.

Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

The Hideaway is set across a private road from the main house and is 150m from the River Orwell. Walks in the AONB and National Trust-owned woods and heathland are on your doorstep. The Butt & Oyster pub is a few minutes walk away.

Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben.
