We are located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighbourhood with walking trails along the Bow River leading to downtown Canmore in a delightful 15-minute stroll. For 2025, there is no cleaning fee!

With comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, new appliances and 3 TV's, you will have everything you will need to relax by the fireplace after a day of exploring, skiing, or snowboarding. We are located in Harvie Heights, right beside the Banff National Park gate and 5 minutes to Canmore.

Indoor Hot tub is in the Building. 1 bedroom (queen size bed) There is a fabulous kitchen :) There is NO Deck/Patio & NO BBQ. In-suite Washer / Dryer. In-floor heating and geothermal heat/cooling in the entire building. This is a 2.5 year old condo. There is a patio door that slides open as a window to look outside but no Deck.
