Our Newly built space is located on the beautiful island of Great Exuma . This house has an awesome beach access. Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. It has a lounge area as well as a fully equipped kitchen. It has a patio with great views over the beach and water. We do have kayaks which you can use free of charge. It is a great spot for snorkeling and swimming.

The home consists of 2 units 1 upstairs & 1 downstairs, both consist of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets listening to the waves from the balcony located on a private sandy beach which is several miles long. We are 5 minutes away from the airport. This unit is located upstairs.
