It's 10 mi. from airport & 2 mi. from uptown Charlotte. 30% discount for weekly stays & 40% discount for monthly stays. There is construction activity nextdoor.

The Country Cottage

Our cottage offers a country setting with all the comforts of home. Open floor plan, well equipped Kit. and full laundry room. Primary room with queen bed & private bath. Twin beds in the 2nd BR, 2nd full bath is off the hall. Relax on the porch or grill on the deck with firepit yard. WIFI access. Tiny Guest House By Fishing Pond

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. We are earth friendly using plant based cleaning products. We have waterless dry toilet. We are a working farm and offer farm fresh eggs when available.

Villa Heights Hideaway

Our studio guest house iis located in Villa Heights, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa neighborhoods, where good food, breweries, and music abound .*This is a studio, so no private bdrm. Summit Coffee is around the corner and Uptown is a quick trip for business or pleasure. Within a two mile radius is Camp Northend, with food, drinks and shops, and an upscale food court called Optimist Hall. Property is fenced, gated, and has a small landing for smokers OUTSIDE. There is Roku TV.

The Eastside Cottage

You are going to love it! The cottage is furnished with an eclectic flare. Lovely artwork and a kitchen that is very user-friendly. Spices included :) This 2 BR, 1 bath cottage, makes a cozy getaway. Ideal location with Cabarrus Arena, Charlotte Motor Speedway less than 15 mins. away. Pets are more than welcome. The large yard is not fenced. High-speed wifi, no basic cable. The pet fee is $35 "per pet per night" with a limit of two dogs. See "Other Details to Note"

This 100 year old farmhouse has been completely restored for your comfort and is just waiting for your visit. Sitting on 20 acres of land, and slightly off the main road, it is a perfect place to relax, unplug and get away from all the hustle and bustle of life. It is sparkling clean, has all the modern amenities and is decorated to make you feel right at home. Even though this is a farmhouse, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a short drive.

My space is very roomy and comfortable with blinds and entry door that brings in a lot of light. It is the entire lower floor that includes a patio for outdoor relaxation. The patio is shaded in the evening, and you can enjoy your coffee while the sun rises behind the trees in the morning. Beautiful landscape and vegetable garden to view along with the wall of trees at the back. ROKU TV. Netflix for entertainment. Kitchen appliances for basic needs.
