The Oystercatcher is a garden chalet situated in Roag in the North West of Skye. Roag is a quiet area of Skye with incredible views looking towards the Cuillin ridge. The Oystercatcher has one of the best views on the Island and the sunrises are unforgettable. Scottish Short Term Lets Licence No; HI-30071-F Bolvean Beag is a unique self catering wooden cabin. The cabin has a light and airy feel: there is a large window with a pastoral view, the other 3 windows in cabin have midge screens when you need them. There is spacious secluded decking surrounded by wild woodland flowers and trees. There is 1 super king bed downstairs which takes up the whole of the bedroom space. Storage space in small loft if required, accessed via ladder.

Malky's Suite

Taigh Malky is one of two self-contained suites in the property and comprises of a double bedroom, kitchen/living space with a picture window looking onto a stunning view of Loch Roag with the Cuillin mountain range behind. It allows you sanctuary and peace to continue to enjoy the beauty of Skye, after a day of exploring the island. Welcome back to Taigh Glas Studio. Taigh Glas, situated in Lochbay, Waternish, a natural heritage peninsula, overlooks the ocean, the Stein Waterfront and sunsets over the Western Isles. The house is a short walk from Lochbay Michelin star Restaurant and Stein Inn, and along the road from Skye Skyns and their yurt with coffee and home made cakes. It’s centrally situated for all of Skye’s iconic sights such as Storr, Quiraing, Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen.

Tranquil Glen Hide - comfort for two!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars! Tranquil Glen Hide is an ideal base from which you can explore the stunning Isle of Skye. We recommend guests stay at least three nights in order to explore what the island has to offer :) Many of the most popular tourist sites are a short drive away: Old Man of Storr; Lealt Falls; Kilt Rock; Quiraing; Fairy Glen; Coral Beach; Neist Point; Talisker Distillery; Fairy Pools and the Cuillin mountains.

Self catering bungalow, ‘Crab Cottage’

Crab Cottage provides a comfy place to relax after a day exploring the beauty of the Isle of Skye. This detached, self-catering bungalow for two is situated in a crofting community. The cottage is near and above the road but shielded by bushes and visitors have said the noise is minimal. Our own house and static caravan are next to the cottage. We live with an elderly collie mix dog called Boots and 4 chickens (who live in a separate fenced off area).

The Tin House @ Papillon

The Tin House is our modern take on a traditional highland bothy. A spacious, open plan living /sleeping space offers all the home comforts you would expect, Large picture windows create a bright space with stunning views over the loch to the mountains. A Deck with locally crafted Adirondack chairs make the perfect place to watch the local wildlife or sit out under our spectacular night sky during the darker nights. Towels and bed linen are included.
