Snowdonia and the Mawwdach Estuary offering stunning scenery, walks and trails is on your doorstep. Barmouth offers something for everyone all year !

Made from ancient stones with 3 foot think walls and an Inglenook fireplace. It is everything a cottage should be - cosy, quaint, pretty. It has a small private garden in the front with breathtaking views and has been completely refurbished. There are 42 steps to the house from street level. Private secure Parking.

Tucked away in Barmouth’s old town, a charming traditional fisherman’s cottage, ideally located in a quiet spot close to the harbour, beaches, shops, cafes and restaurants. Approached by passageways and a flight of shallow steps from the High Street, it is situated at the bottom of the old town, The Rock, a pedestrian-only warren of small cobbled lanes, fishermans’ cottages and even the old town jail. This has been a holiday let for many years - we loved staying here so much, we bought it!

Magic Mountain Cottage: family- & dog-friendly

There is nowhere quite as magical as this: an historic, creaky cottage, at the end of a farmers track below Cader Idris. It's a back-in-time experience, with wooden beams and antique furniture, owned by the same family for over 60 years. Please read all the details carefully before you book. It’s a 300 year old cottage on the side of a mountain, space, fresh air and tranquillity. It's comfortable but nothing fancy. No TV or wifi, but a woodburner, books and massive views behind the cottage.

Here is our newly completed shepherds Hut -Gwenlli a welsh name that depicts the view of Bardsey Island on the horizon. Situated in a peaceful corner of our field, nestled in the hills above the small village of Talybont in Snowdonia. Overlooking cardigan bay and boasting panaramic views from the Snowdon mountain range in the north to witnessing a memorable sunset over the Lleyn peninsula with a drink in your hand whilst relaxing in the easy to use electric jacuzzi hot tub.

This first floor Victorian apartment has a great view of Barmouth coast, it is comfortable and spacious for up to 4 people with typical high ceilings and decorative cast iron fire places. The lounge is 21ft by 14ft to the fire place. Free WiFi, Smart, Nano TV Alexa and DVD’s are available with a few books and a quiz game. The fully fitted kitchen also comes with an air fryer, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. A tea towel and washing up liquid are provided.

Min-y-don Cottage : The perfect holiday base

Min-y-don cottage is a fully equipped traditional Welsh stone built cottage with double glazing and gas central heating. It retains it's original oak beams but has a full width staircase for easy access between floors. On the ground floor It has an open lounge-diner with a sofa bed whilst upstairs is a separate double bedroom and bathroom/toilet. The cottage comes with it's own private gated parking space. It's placed within seconds of all town amenities.
