In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

This wonderful lodge is located in the 'Sunshine Coast' of East Sussex. The property is bright, clean and spacious and located at the back of the owner's large garden. It has its own pathway along the side of the owner's house, and is completely self contained and private. However, hosts are nearby at the top of the garden if needed. The guest house is self contained, with a hand made pine kitchen and lovely little private garden. There are horses in the stables, ducks and moorhens on the pond. Ideal for a couple that enjoy the outdoors and we can make up another bed or two for children. We can recommend some excellent biking and hiking routes to suite all abilities.
