We are The Old Winterport Commercial House. Our historic building, once a Stagecoach Stop for travelers, now offers a unique 5 bedroom Bed & Breakfast. Aren't you on a special getaway? Then why stay someplace where you have to make your own bed, make your own breakfast, and then pay a cleaning fee? We clean our rooms on a daily basis (no extra fee) as well as serve a nutritious breakfast each morning. We can also give you all kinds of ideas on what to do in our local area.

The Isaac Evans - Inn on the Harbor

Welcome to Inn on the Harbor - Stonington: The Issac Evans is a lovely 1st-floor room on the village side of the inn with a king bed, full bath with shower, hairdryer, tv with cable, free wifi, microwave, small fridge, a perfect sitting space that includes a sleeper sofa, and a window allowing for the ultimate peaceful relaxation. While the room doesn't come with an ocean view, it has its own unique appeal that you're sure to appreciate.

Downtown Hotel Room

Cozy hotel rental at the Acadia Hotel-Downtown. Built in 1884 as a private home, located in the village Center. Private room with full bathroom, QUEEN size bed, cable tv, mini fridge, & wifi. Quite, clean, and the best price in town. These rooms tend to be on the smaller size, and do have SMALL bathrooms. If you are looking for a larger space, look for our Suite Airbnb listing, or book direct though the hotel.

Downtown King Hotel Room

Our Standard King room has one large king bed, sitting area, larger bathroom, mini fridge, and flat screen TV. This room comes with access to all of our hotel amenities. Amenities include hot tub, free wireless high speed internet access, off street parking and a light continental breakfast. Stop by our in house lounge, William's On The Green, to enjoy a craft cocktail and light fare. (2 person max)

Mansell Port Studio

Mansell Port is a cozy, small harbor view studio efficiency on the 2nd floor that has 1 queen bed, kitchenette, pull-out sofa, private bathroom, TV, wifi, private balcony, and a gas fireplace. Contactless check in's available, see Check in Instructions. Located on the 2nd floor. A/C provided All rates based on double occupancy. Beach access available all year!

Canopy In The Trees

Harbourside Inn is within walking distance to the village of Northeast Harbor and the Marina for shopping, dining and day trips on the ferry to the Cranberry Islands. Located in an 1888 Inn, we are a quiet place within nature to unwind and rest. This private room has a queen size bed, private bath, fireplace, and a kitchenette. Accommodates two people.

Northern Lighthouse Wing

The Northern Light suite is the star of our Lighthouse wing--- having one of the best views onsite! This oceanfront suite has two twin beds (configured together, as a "king" or apart), a kitchenette, private bath, TV, and 2 exterior decks each with a private entrance. No A/C in any units. Fans provided.

This first floor, non-ocean view room is close to the back door leading to our private beach! It is located in our historic Main House, and is decorated with charming antiques. It has one queen bed and a small private bathroom with a tub and shower. No A/C or TV, fans provided. Not pet friendly.

Lookout Topside Cottage

Lookout Topside is a cozy, ocean front, family-friendly 2nd floor cottage in our historic Lookout building! It has a king bedroom w/A/C, private bath, living room+kitchenette, TV+wifi, sofa bed, and a private balcony. All rates based on double occupancy. Not pet friendly. Fans provided.
