The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking. Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.

Located just 2km from the lake, 4.5km to the Hamurana Golf Course and 10km from the Zorb, Skyline and many other attractions, this is a great spot to base yourself from for an action packed Rotorua Holiday. Relax on one of the three decks, play on the lawn or soak in the spa and enjoy the views at the end of a long day.

My place is a short stroll from the lake, Waiteti trout stream, and the Ngongotaha lakefront reserve. The village is 5 mins away for shops with Rotorua city 15 mins. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home has a fibre wifi connection and guests receive complimentary Netflix access.
