Kids and dogs are welcome in our family friendly home where you'll enjoy cooking on the new grill, smores at the fire pit, kayaking, fishing, WiFi, and playing cornhole and board games. You can also dock your own boat on the private dock.

We are just a short ride to Alexandria Bay with boutique shops, restaurants/night life. Several tackle shops nearby. Close by to Singer Castle, many beautiful state parks within 10-20 min! Gorgeous stars on the deck at night! Kayaks available!

This upgraded historic cottage brings you to the St. Lawrence River's edge in the 1000 Islands with stunning sunset views! It's located between two bridges to Canada. Tour local river castles, golf, fish, or relax on the dock as ships pass by. Check boat slip availability w/ boat launch access when making a reservation. Personal kayaks & canoes are welcome. Wifi is available, and it's easy to check in. Heat can be provided during the fall and spring. No pets, please. Welcome to the river!

You're welcome to arrive by boat or car; private entrance to your cabin.

3 bedroom/2 bath home with lots of room for the family, centrally located to Black Lake, Alex Bay and Clayton attractions. Originally built in the early 1900s with several updates. AC, WiFi, smart tvs in each bedroom and the living room. A spacious kitchen with all basic cooking essentials, a regular coffee pot and a keurig. Bathroom downstairs with stand up shower, upstairs bathroom with tub/shower. Outdoor deck with seating and propane grill and an outside fire pit, (bring your own wood)

The Lake House Loft is located in Upstate New York on Black Lake, known as “Freshwater Fisherman’s Paradise”. It is the largest St. Lawrence County Lake and is over 20 miles long. Its located near the Canadian Border, close to Ogdensburg and the Thousand Islands. This is a smoke-free, two-bedroom loft, with a full kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a 100-foot waterfront boat dock available, Wi-Fi, A/C, Heat, and is fully furnished. Paddle Boat and canoe also available to use.

In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Cottontail Cabin, nestled on 22 acres of serene woods! This is the perfect retreat for those seeking a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway in the heart of nature. The cabin is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. With 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch, the cabin can accommodate up to 6 guests. The cabin features infloor heating and a woodstove to keep you warm and cozy. We have a full-size hot tub and a wood fired sauna!

The cottage is warm and cozy with gorgeous views of cranberry lake Our place is Great for nature walks, biking, swimming and enjoying the outdoors. Also for fishing/ice fishing and snowmobiling trails are close by.
