The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Once a horse stable, we saw the potential for this amazing space to not only host people, but to also inspire them. Named for the two heritage oaks whose branches embrace the space, Twin Oaks features 2 bedrooms with a spacious jack-and-jill-style bath. The living space sparkles, with natural light from wall-to-wall glass sliders bouncing off polished concrete floors. The patio delights, with gorgeous views, firepit and heated stock tank pool for year-round soaking. Welcome to bliss, y’all.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in Dripping Springs! Our home is located about 11 minutes from downtown Dripping Springs and about 12 minutes from beautiful Hamilton Pool Preserve. We are a close distance to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. The back yard has an amazing view of the hill country! Gatherings for events are an option but pre approval is required. Built in 2023, our home features chemical-free rainwater collection, a whole-home propane back-up generator, and top-of-the-line appliances for your convenience. Check-in with your personal code on the keyless entry in the covered carport. We are a family owned business which means we oversee every turnover, and go the extra mile to welcome you.

Creekside Casita

Come relax at Creekside Casita, a peaceful Hill Country cabin. Set on 10 beautiful acres, it’s the perfect place to slow down, unplug, hike, and enjoy nature. 10 minutes from Hamilton Pool Preserve, close to several wineries, the property also features a seasonal creek to explore. Please note: A starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, and towels is provided. For stays longer than two days, please bring additional supplies for your comfort.
