We live on site with our Daughter and dogs Russell & River and love hosting guests from around the world. 5 minutes from the heart of Te Awamutu and 30 minutes from Hamilton, we are central to all things Waikato. Perfect for a quiet weekend retreat or a quick stop over on your journey. House trained dogs are welcome and we have a fully fenced, secure area to keep them contained. You must choose the option of a pet when booking so we can plan for their arrival.

Nestled at the back of our garage is our cute, cosy and private studio room with its own separate bathroom. A new deck and covered outdoor area provide guests with privacy. We provide a small selection of breakfast options for short stays of up to 3 nights and a small kitchenette area is available for basic meal preparation. Located in central Hamilton we are close to the central city, Claudelands GloBox Event Centre, FMG Rugby Park, local shops, a large park and the bus stops at our gate.

This is rooms,not whole house. A Brand new house on 5000sqr/mtr property, this is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, we offer2 guest bedrooms and guest bathroom for the Airbnb customers. my husband and I and ( 1cat 1 dog ) are living here,we live in master bedroom with ensuite. You have your own bathroom "not shared",we share living area,corridor. outdoor Spa pool(in the back yard have to walk through the living room).you also have your own entry to keep your privacy.

Lala Salama Bed & Breakfast is located an easy 10min walk from the CBD with an abundance of cafes and restaurants nearby. Free WIFI along with continental breakfast is included. Note, following completion of the reno's, the BnB is totally separate to the owners living spaces, there are no shared spaces as mentioned in past reviews.

There is a bus stop within 2-3 minutes walk - Orbiter, Chartwell and Rototuna lines.
