The 42” Art Frame TV offers Xfinity, Netflix, and Hulu Plus apps, while the space itself has large windows and a bright, sophisticated interior and is only steps from the beach. Terrific ocean views from this newly renovated suite. Easy access to the beach, paddle board rentals on the weekend right outside your door, walking to Dane Beach, a quick walk to Cabot Street and the cafe's and restaurants nearby. A well equipped wet-bar with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker and tea set ups, and a newly renovated bathroom with heated floors and double shower complete the space. We are available by phone or text always but we live just a few houses away, so we can be reached almost anytime. We generally leave guests alone and respect your privacy but can be available if necessary. On the North Shore of Massachusetts, about 26 miles from Boston, Beverly has small-town charm coupled with a city identity. Located close to vibrant Cabot Street in downtown, there are recreation, shopping, and dining options for all tastes. Beverly has excellent access to Route 128 and five commuter rail stations. The house is just a 10-15 minute walk to the Beverly Depot (first Beverly stop on the MBTA commuter rail). It's a bout a 20 minute ride to North Station in Boston.

Lakefront cottage for a fun, relaxing getaway.

Enjoy a cozy stay in a lake front cottage. Located in Essex, on chebacco lake, this 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living space with wifi and a large TV, and a comfy couch overlooking the lake. We have a external monitor with a keyboard and mouse to set up a workstation if needed. A large deck and seasonal dock to hang out on. Close to the ocean if you get tired of the lake. It's an excellent home base on Boston's North Shore.

The Hideaway | Beach | Theater | Fireplace

The Hideaway is a modern luxury suite located right in the center of it all. You can stroll a 1/2 mile to the beach, cozy up to the fireplace, walk downtown, catch a show at the theater, or discover Boston, Salem (2 miles away), or other quaint seaside towns. Tucked around the corner from downtown Beverly, in a quiet and historic neighborhood. This suite is located in the lower level of our home, and you’ll have your own private entrance, queen bed, fireplace, desk, fridge, and full bathroom.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in our private and spacious sun-filled loft. Nestled on a scenic hill in a beautiful corner of Topsfield, this cozy studio suite is 30 minutes from Boston; 25 minutes from Salem; less than 20 minutes from local beach towns, Endicott College and Gordon College; and approx. five minutes from the Topsfield Fair Grounds, the Ipswich river, Mass Audubon hiking trails, and wedding venues like Peirce Farm at Witch Hill, The Commons 1854, Willowdale Estate and Moraine Farm.

Seadrift Inn - 2 bedroom 2nd floor apt by the sea!

We are at Salem Willows - family-friendly activities, the ferry, trolley, train, downtown, and nightlife are all close by. Seadrift is perfect for couples traveling together as it has two bedrooms, both with King beds, a large living room, and bathroom. You have a private entrance and it is located on the second floor. You can walk to four beaches within minutes, one is right outside your door. Salem has many historic landmarks and wonderful restaurants very close by. Come visit!!

Comfy and Cozy Apartment

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A great spot to unwind and experience Cape Ann. You will enjoy the apartment all to yourself. Entrance to the apartment is same level as parking so no stairs. The apartment is located in the basement of our primary residence. The space is located 45 min from Boston and 5 min drive to the commuter rail with access to Boston and Rockport. Additionally, we are a short drive to Gordon and Endicott College.

French Flair "Pied a Terre" Cottage on the Marsh

Sunny cottage with marsh views, under 5 minute walk to town. Eat on the water in one of the many village restaurants, rent a kayak or paddle board. Go "down river" like a local! Shop the world renowned antique stores or enjoy the local beaches. There are many unique places to visit in Gloucester, Manchester, Rockport, Ipswich, Salem and of course Boston. There is a Visitor Manual for your convenience and we would be happy to answer questions that you might have.

Homeport has a private entrance, den, two bedrooms, 1.5 baths, no kitchenette, with essential amenities and guest parking.The local area is famous for beaches, museums, galleries, eateries and many historic attractions. Explore the North Shore or take a commuter train to explore Boston.
