This special place is close to everything, just off the motorway but set in in a quiet lifestyle neighbourhood. Enjoy your own seperate wing of this unique rammed earth home. Two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds. Has separate toilet, and bathroom includes shower and stand alone bath. Includes separate facilities for heating food, making tea, coffee and toast etc & mini fridge. Close to town, has Uber and Uber Eats connections and fantastic walks close by on the Waikato River Trail.

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Beautiful hideaway, amazing views over the Waikato river and farmland. A few minutes drive to the supermarket, Mystery Creek( Field days)Velodrome, and Hamilton City. Punnet cafe and a local 4 square ( convenience store) are walking distance, located directly on Te Awa river ride which is also a great walking path! This cottage has everything you need, including a full kitchen with dish drawer and oven, a washing machine and heat pump/Air con. All linen provided.

Lovely private accommodation for you to enjoy. Wake up looking out the double glazed ranchslider to trees and your own private courtyard. Lovely super-king extremely comfy bed with everything you need to have a restful and peaceful stay. The Squeeze Me Inn is a cute little guesthouse sitting behind a grand old villa. It’s a bit like the TARDIS small on the outside deceptively roomy on the inside.
