There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

No 2 Tom's Yard is a self contained studio/Flat in a peaceful location, 20 minutes walk from the town Centre and beaches. Perfect for couples. It is independent (only for you), with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, a travel cot, en suite shower, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, twin hob, microwave and wifi. Ideally situated to explore both the golden beaches and the surrounding area. We have a studio nearby and can offer screenprinting as an extra activity to your holiday.

The Crib sleeps 2 (double bed) & is a comfortable open plan space to relax and enjoy your trip to St Ives. We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

Soak up all there is to offer in this cute stylish annexe minutes away from the stunning beaches of Carbis Bay and St Ives. West Barns annexe has mod cons such as a king size bed flat screen tv and it's own courtyard garden. Carbis Bay has to be one of the prettiest parts of Cornwall and on a glorious sunny day you could be mistaken for being abroad. Enjoy a day out exploring the many beautiful parts of Cornwall and come home to West Barns annexe to relax and unwind.

The Studio

The studio is a bright, airy self contained space with a mezzanine platform that provides the sleeping area, which is accessed via a ladder. There is an outside area for storage, drying wetsuits or simply chilling in the sun with a cold beer or cuppa tea. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre where you'll find an amazing choice of funky shops, exciting fresh food restaurants, long coastal walks, Art galleries and of course...our world renowned beaches and surf breaks!!

Situated on the edge of St. Ives, Blackbird Studio is in a quiet wooded area adjacent to Nature Reserve with a network of footpaths and bridleways (ideal for dog walking) yet within walking distance of the many beaches, art galleries and restaurants in St Ives and Carbis Bay.

Welcome to ‘Little Croft’. A beautiful, light, modern annexe with parking, located at the top of St Ives in an idyllic setting. ‘Little Croft’ is attached to ‘Lowena Croft’- our house. We are ‘the Eagers’ a busy, lively and loving family of 5. Chris (green fingered Landscape Architect), Anna (Product Developer in the fashion industry), Marni (our imaginative little wannabe singer), Anais (a star in the making, often found hanging from a tree) and Rudi (the littlest one)
