Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο στην παραλία της Νικήτης πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σουπερμάρκετ, μπαρ και 5' με τα πόδια από το κοντινότερο beach bar. Διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια με 1 διπλό και 2 μονά κρεβατια (γίνονται και διπλο κατόπιν συνεννόησης) , 1 σαλοκουζίνα με άνετο τραπέζι για φαγητό και 1 μπάνιο καθώς και μεγάλο μπαλκόνι με τραπεζαρία εξωτερικού χώρου και καναπέ.

The property is located just 100 meters from the beautiful Vourvourou beach. Both apartments share a large yard, ideal for families and friends. The house is fully equipped with two kitchens, three bedrooms, a living room, a terrace, a patio, and a fully equipped barbecue area. It can accommodate up to 10 people. Guests enjoy full independence and privacy.

It has two bedrooms, a living room/extra bedroom, a kitchen and a WC with a Shower, offering views while you relax. -You will have the house for yourself (PRIVATE) but please note that the garden and the front terrace balcony is SHARED with another Family. - THE AREAS ARE DESIGNATED and everyone has their own side at the balcony and at the garden.

The nearest beach can be reached by car in 5 min.The house have a really beautiful view to the sea
