This newly renovated bungalow sits on two acres of oceanfront in a quiet inlet just off highway 7, Musquodoboit Harbour – just a short forty minute drive to downtown Halifax.

This suite is attached to a private home with separate entrance and deck area. Located on lake where swimming, paddle boarding and relaxing on lake front dock are encouraged. One bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bath, kitchen area with island, desk and living area with fireplace. Pullout couch allows for second sleeping area (no blinds if using pullout). Deck is equipped with furniture and BBQ. Hot tub & paddle boards are available for your use. Parking for one car. Shared yard.

We are 2 minute walk to the great walking trails and views of York Redoubt, 7 minute drive to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and more. 15 minute drive to downtown Halifax, and 40 minutes from the Halifax airport. Bright apartment located downstairs of our home. Peaceful waterfront in Fall River on the Shubie Canal. Lots of space in this private lot but yet 20minutes from the city. Enjoy the view, relax with a book or Dip in the pool if it's a hot day. Walk to local eatery for lunch or dinner. Personal favourite is Fourth Lock Skate park /Rec Center 2 min drive. Close to Sobeys & NSLC. 12 mins from the airport Covid Clean We have a friendly NS Duck toller Gracie who may greet you and say hello!

Welcome to Edgewater. Our garden suite is a completely private,separate suite. Guests have their own private entrance. Overlooking gardens and lake, you may enjoy spectacular sunrises and moonscapes. Listen to loons call as they locate one another on the lake. The suite has a comfortable sitting room, with dining table, and equipped kitchenette ( toaster, microwave, coffee press, kettle), ( there are no cooking facilities). Off the sitting room is a cozy bedroom, and private bathroom.
